Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post graduation in Business Administration from reputed University.
∎ Extensive knowledge and practical expertise in accounting, finance, corporate and business laws, tax laws including VAT, labor laws, the Negotiable Instrument Act, the Supply Chain, the Contract Act related fields
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Business Law, Contract Act, Corporate Law, Finance, Negotiable Instrument, Tax Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Insurance, Manufacturing (FMCG), NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying, assessing, evaluating, and investigating fraudulent activities, anomalies, abuse, misuse, and errors to raise red flags and provide early warnings.
∎ Conducting forensic audits and investigations of any fraudulent activities.
∎ Predicting the probability of occurring misshapen and fraud in the business operation and investigating accordingly.
∎ Collaborating with other team members to ensure goals and objectives are met.
∎ Suggesting and implementing process improvements.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Maintain the confidentiality of the events and information professionally.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Robust internal auditing background, in various organizations such as insurance firms, government agencies, private entities, and non-governmental organizations.
∎ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
