∎ Business Graduate/MBA with Professional Degrees(i.e.FCA/ACA, FCMA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, PMP etc.).Internal Audit or related certification is an advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understands the Internal Audit strategy and contributes to risk assessment as appropriate in preparation of audit program
∎ Organize audit entrance meeting and collect preliminary study materials to develop understanding about the process
∎ Identify testing types, sample size, develop questionnaire and establish audit program
∎ Follow the audit program, collect evidence and execute the audit and Obtain Management response to finalize the report
∎ Effective use of audit management software for audit documentation and closure
∎ Take full ownership of drafting, reviewing report with management and publish it
∎ Suggest actions to mitigate risks as per the result of the audit and follow up the implementation of risk mitigation action plan
∎ Collaborate with group IA and internal stakeholder on priority areas and taking input on different focus areas
∎ Perform special assignments and investigations based on the Management requests and report to the appropriate authority
∎ Stays current on developments in leading audit practices and align with other assurance functions to create efficiency in the organization
∎ Provide support in creating ad-hoc reports for presentation to the board and management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Academic Qualification- Business Graduate/MBA along with Professional Degrees (i.e. FCA/ACA, FCMA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, PMP etc.). Internal Audit or related certification is an added advantage.
∎ Job Experience Required- Minimum 8-10 years in audit, risk, internal control, compliance, in which 6 years of audit execution experience
∎ The role requires 40% of travel time across different regions of the country
∎ Required Capabilities- Comprehensive knowledge in Internal Auditing Standards
∎ In depth knowledge in controls, governance & risks
∎ Sound knowledge in data analytics
∎ In-depth knowledge in digital business & telecommunication industry
∎ Strong knowledge in IFRS
∎ Sound know how of International Auditing Standards
∎ Good understanding of Corporate & Taxation Laws and Ordinances
∎ Sound inter-personal communication and professional report writing skills
∎ Professional level stakeholders management skills
∎ A well rounded team player with can-do approach
