Responsibilities & Context:
- Premises or house electrical controlling and House wiring.
- Experience on AutoCAD
- HD/IP CCTV camera, installation, DVR/NVR Configuration, Servicing etc.
- Configuration and Installation of necessary Device to connect Internet via Radio.
- Should have knowledge to configure Radio Device, Mikrotik, Wi-Fi Router and Access point.
- Should have strong knowledge on LAN/ MAN/ WAN and TCP/IP Network & DNS.
- Should have strong knowledge windows operating system & Windows Networking.
- Hardware Assembling and Networking troubleshooting,
- Provide technical advice, monitoring and support for onsite related activities.
- Troubleshooting & Customer Support at Customer premises and over phone
- Support and Follow up customers over phone as part of customer service.
- Identify new sustainable ways of working, e.g in technique, material efficiency, reducing risk factors.
- Goal oriented co-operation with all related colleagues within the organization
