• Research and identify qualified candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards.Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract top technical talent.Screening & Interviewing:
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the role.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.
