Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Product Knowledge: Understanding the company's products eg. Video Conference Products or services thoroughly to be able to present them effectively to potential clients.
∎ Market Research: Conducting market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor offerings.
∎ Product Strategy: Defining the product strategy, including pricing, positioning, and target markets.
∎ Solution Proposal: Creating customized proposals and solutions that align with the client's needs.
∎ Product Marketing: Developing marketing strategies and materials to promote Video Conference Products.
∎ Needs Assessment: Work closely with customers to understand their specific Video Conference Products requirements and challenges.
∎ Presentation: Delivering presentations and demonstrations to showcase the product or service's features and benefits. Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for clients as needed to showcase the functionality and effectiveness of proposed Video Conference solutions.
∎ Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions to guide clients in choosing optimal Video Conference solutions. Develop comprehensive Video Conference solutions in alignment with client specifications and industry best practices. Create detailed system schematics, diagrams, and documentation for proposed Video Conference designs.
∎ Proposal Preparation: Create detailed proposals and quotes for potential customers, including pricing and product configurations.
∎ Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitor’s products and conduct comparisons to highlight the advantages of offered Video Conference products.
