Responsibilities & Context:
Handle inbound customer calls and provide excellent support.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and gather feedback.
Respond to WhatsApp messages promptly and schedule automated message sends.
Design and create engaging visual content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) using Canva or similar tools.
Post on Facebook pages/groups, reply to comments, and engage with the audience.
Manage Facebook inbox: reply to messages and follow up with potential customers.
Manage and respond to messages/comments on other social media platforms.
Organize and manage online contests or quiz programs; select winners using proper systems.
Perform data entry and document preparation using Google Sheets, Excel, and MS Word.
Type fluently in Bangla and English.
Apply basic Excel functions (e.g., SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, etc.) for reporting or tracking.
