Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential product categories with high growth potential.
∎ Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends to inform the development of our category strategy.
∎ Collaborate with the Business Development team to formulate a strategic plan for entering the new category.
∎ Propose innovative ideas and business models to establish a strong market presence and capture a competitive edge.
∎ Identify and engage potential suppliers, manufacturers, and partners for sourcing products within the new category.
∎ Negotiate favorable terms and agreements to ensure competitive pricing and product availability.
∎ Curate a diverse and appealing product catalog within the designated category.
∎ Collaborate with the Content team to create compelling product descriptions, images, and other relevant content.
∎ Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability with competitiveness in the market.
∎ Set revenue targets for the new category and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
∎ Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaigns and promotional strategies to drive awareness and sales for the new category.
∎ Coordinate with Logistics and Operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to category performance and report insights to the team.
∎ Utilize data to make informed decisions and refine the category development strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years

∎ The interns will be paid BDT. 15,000 per month during the internship.
