Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Enter and maintain sales orders in the accounting system accurately and timely.
∎ Process staff reimbursements and vendor payments under the guidance of senior team members.
∎ Perform basic data processing and organization tasks as instructed by supervisors.
∎ Assist with routine documentation and office tasks, requiring fast typing and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
