Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
- Help in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and organize financial documents for audits and tax filings.
- Update and maintain accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting data.
