Educational Requirements:
∎ The suitable candidate should be fresh graduate from business studies either B.Com (Hons), or BBA.
Job Context:
∎ The appointed person will support the access to finance interventions under the leadership of Business Development and Access to Finance Lead. S/he will verify the nominations for bank loans following the guideline, prepare and maintain the database, follow up repayment and regular communication with the implementing partners and cooperatives.
∎ Reporting: S/he is reportable to Business Development & Access to Finance Lead
∎ Duration: 6 months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify the nominations for bank loans following the access to finance and respective banks' guideline.
∎ Enrich database of the loan receivers having from respective banks
∎ Follow up on time repayment of the loan receivers.
∎ Field visit to check the investment of bank loans and business viability of the applicants and loan receivers.
∎ Regular communication with coop managers, technical officers of implementing partners and other relevant persons in favor of the access to finance interventions and enterprise development
∎ Email corresponding at field regarding monthly repayment schedule and overdue
∎ Provide other necessary support required for the organization and the thematic area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Ability to work independently and in teams.
∎ Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online research.
∎ Must be able to maintain confidentiality. ? Strong interpersonal skills including written communication and verbal communication skills.
