Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop (or similar software).
Strong creative, presentation, and visualization skills.
Good communication and client-handling ability.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for client.
Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic renderings.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design accuracy.
Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and project timelines.
Conduct site visits and supervise implementation to ensure design compliance.
Ensure designs meet client requirements, safety standards, and budget constraints.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
