Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Lead corporate, government, and institutional tender business initiatives for uPVC, cPVC, HDPE, and related products.
∎ • Foster strong relationships with senior officials, project engineers, and project directors to support sales efforts.
∎ • Engage with a variety of governmental, semi-governmental, and autonomous organizations, including DPHE, WASA, BADC, BMDA, PWD, and national and international NGOs.
∎ • Manage and monitor sales targets, drive growth, and ensure high productivity within the institutional sales team.
∎ • Develop and execute plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for institutional sales.
∎ • Formulate and implement strategic plans to launch and promote new product lines in the institutional market.
∎ • Respond to customer requests by preparing precise material quotes.
∎ Requirements:
∎ • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
∎ • At least 2 years of experience working in the polymer sector, specifically in uPVC and CPVC pipefittings.
∎ • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
∎ • Self-motivated and target driven.
∎ • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Salary & Other Benefits:
∎ • Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
∎ • Sales incentives or commissions.
∎ • Two festival bonuses.
∎ • Salary Review: Yearly
