• Age 24 to 32 years

• TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls.

• Linux/Windows administration, virtualization,

• VMware, Hyper-V, basic cloud (AWS/Azure) knowledge

• Network security, firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection

• DNS, DHCP, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, traffic shaping

• NMS tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Cacti), log analysis

• Bash, Python, Ansible basics

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Communication, teamwork, documentation

• Proactive Infrastructure Monitoring

• Ticket Monitor and Update

• Communicate with client and provide update

• Work as communication media between Infra Team and Customer

• Followup team for link restore and collect update

• Vehicle & Team Monitor and report generate

• Communicate with NTTN and other Vendor for link down issue and collect update

• Generate Infra Operational report

• Vendor Bill Analysis

• Follow up ticket coming from Own Team or TSD or I&I.

• Maintain Dhaka Fiber Team.

• Configure & Troubleshoot FTTx system.

• Monitor & Troubleshoot TX network.

• Mobile bill,Insurance
