Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree preferably in Statistics/ Economics/Social Science/English or any relevant subjects from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead for overall information management & reporting system for all activities of ERP as per need.
∎ Collect information from key staff on project updates and progress of activities.
∎ Maintain and update the project database based on FD6, FD7, and donor agreements.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, and yearly reports and submit properly and timely to higher authorities, Govt. Office and respective agencies as per need.
∎ Work closely with Manager (MEAL) to produce and publish the ERP monthly newsletter.
∎ Prepare and submit the monthly report for the DC office of Cox's Bazar.
∎ Prepare FD7 Completion Report after end of project period and take steps for submission with the assistance of Admin Officer.
∎ Prepare quarterly, interim and final report for institutional, non-institutional and private donors.
∎ Prepare meetings, workshops, seminar resolutions, and share them with the respective staff and stakeholders in due time.
∎ Collect data from field office and inputs to software properly for analysis the monitoring data.
∎ Collect and prepare case studies, human interest stories, photographs of activities, and reports on events.
∎ Prepare meetings, workshops, seminar resolutions, and take initiative to distribute in due time to the relevant persons.
∎ Develop the different types of formats for collecting information from the field for reporting to higher authorities and donor agencies.
∎ Maintain a database of key information and documents (e.g. Google Drive) with support from the ICT Section of Central Office.
∎ Well-informed about project activities to inform decision making.
∎ Conduct field visit regularly to collect success stories.
∎ Stay well informed of updates from Sectors relevant to Caritas programs. Share key updates with staff and management.
∎ Maintain other databases and information as needed.
∎ Preserving and documenting all necessary programs photos and videos and share it with different stakeholders according to their needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in the similar job in any NGO/INGOs.
∎ Working experience in emergency response program specially in Cox's Bazar district for Rohingya People will be given preference.
∎ Excellent data management (collection, entry, analysis and visualization) skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, or similar platforms.
∎ Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect and report inconsistencies.
∎ Experiences in working with partnership approach.
∎ Good report-writing and presentation skills.
∎ Skills in High-Quality Photography, videography and video editing skills skills.
∎ Familiar on Information Management System (IMS) for collecting, storing and disseminating information.
∎ Ability to engage with local and international agencies.
∎ Shows persistence when faced with difficult problems or challenges.
∎ Should be fluent in communication both in writing and speaking in English language.
∎ Should be self-driven and positive to work in a team.
∎ Should have "can do' attitude and able to handle multiple tasks managing priorities.
∎ Committed to work following organizational aims, values, principal, and policies.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
