Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Familiarity with the issues around water, sanitation and hygiene related issues and behaviors.
∎ Experience in data collection through KOBO software and other mobile application software.
∎ Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, functions, etc.).
∎ Familiarity with protection issues in WASH, gender & Inclusion in WASH and accountability to affected persons programming. Excellent coordination capacity with individuals, community group representatives, NGOs, WASH officers, and government officials.
∎ Demonstrated ability to monitor progress through regular and accurate updates.
∎ Knowledge of the UN system and the humanitarian community. Excellent spoken and written Bangla and English.
∎ Must be ready to work in a multi-cultural environment. Appropriate communication skill and approachable.
∎ Must have no history of violation of children rights. Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina.
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment.
∎ Must be willing and able to travel in camp locations in Ukhia.
∎ Project locations are in remote areas in refugee camp.
∎ Staff is expected to live in his/her based location.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement and regularly update the Information Management & MEAL plan strategy.
∎ Update 4W matrix, Inform with collect information and data from field and reporting to WASH sector online template.
∎ UNICEF-World Vision WASH project reporting in set systems on regular basis.
∎ Organize, Supervise and conduct KAP, Outcome Monitoring, PDM and other assessment at field level.
∎ Responsible for all Quarterly and Monthly progress report for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Different kind of quality documentations, stories & Case Studies considering project progress and positive changes in people's lives throughout the project implementation. ·         Organize and maintain spatial data of all WASH facilities in accordance with the relevant data management protocols.
∎ Perform advisory, technical assignments and mapping of WASH interventions in the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
∎ Supervised and monitored the community volunteers in data collection techniques.
∎ Support and coordination with UNICEF-Planning Monitoring and Reporting section.
∎ Participate in the 3rd party monition report sharing meeting and provide information support to World Vision WASH team to take appropriate measure to improve field interventions. ·         Arrange practical training to the staff at field level and provide necessary guidance for their improvement.
∎ Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops to update knowledge and skills as assigned and disseminate new knowledge/ information/lessons learnt.
