∎ The Social Media Associate will work closely with us to build our brand awareness by creating engaging content and attracting more product ambassadors. This role requires excellent written and spoken English skills and a sincere interest North American culture. We are looking for self-starters, who can balance long term assignments with daily tasks. This team member will have a flexible schedule with time split between in office hours and remote hours. We also require each new hire to complete a three-month probationary period to ensure it`s the best fit.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the Communications Teams, Product Development Teams, and Administrative Teams across media channels
∎ Draft and edit 3,000+
∎ Write end edit copy for product listings, blogs, newsletters, and other media
∎ Establish and evolve our brand identities using nuanced copy
∎ Write, proofread, and edit text at various stages of the writing process and in response to requests and feedback from various teams and ensure high editorial standards are met
∎ See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment
∎ Keep abreast of trends in content and style reflected on various media and marketing channels and editorial sphere Basic
∎ Track and report social media growth
∎ Create and edit content for our website, blogs, newsletters, Instagram, and other media
∎ Increase our brand awareness by expanding our pool of ambassadors and influencers
∎ Assist our customers via email, chatbot, and messenger
∎ See projects through the whole creative lifecycle, from inception to deployment
∎ Provide insight into our customer's experience to our development and fulfillment teams.
∎ Work with our communications team in the US and Hong Kong to coordinate product testing, content creation, and product development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in English (Level C1-C2)
∎ Education in Marketing, Communications, International Studies, Education, Language Studies, Literature, Philosophy, or the Performing Arts.
∎ 2+ years working with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Youtube, & Pinterest
∎ 2+ years in content creation or copywriting.
∎ Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
∎ Experience with product management tools such as Slack or Monday.com a plus.
∎ Relentlessly high-quality standards and extreme attention to detail.
∎ Critical thinker who works well with cross-functional teams.
∎ Genuine interest in researching North American culture and consumer markets.
∎ Ability to communicate with co-workers from other cultures and languages.
∎ Comfortable working in a fast-paced and culturally responsive atmosphere.
∎ Excited about working collaboratively across global teams and taking on individual projects.
∎ Very good in English writing Speaking
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
