Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree
∎ Certificate/Diploma on Travel Agency & Tour Operation from National Hotel & Tourism Training Institute (NHTTI) is Preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop, Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Digital Marketing, Internet browsing & online work ability.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have vast knowledge of airline rules & policies.
∎ Should have knowledge to work with IATA related operations.
∎ Should able to handle independently domestic, international and offline tickets.
∎ Should have excellent dealing experience with customers over phone, mail, personally by providing necessary information to satisfy customer.
∎ Should able to coordinate for resolving to issue, re issue ticket, reschedule, re-route etc.
∎ Should have updated knowledge on international tour packages.
∎ Should capable to understand customer query and accordingly provide quick support.
∎ Keep sales record of the ticket sold and submit monthly report.
∎ Should be polite, responsible & active to perform duties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Travel and Tour Operation Ticketing etc.
∎ Candidate should be good in communication skills specially written and spoken in English
