Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree
∎ Certificate/Diploma on Travel Agency & Tour Operation from National Hotel & Tourism Training Institute (NHTTI) is Preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop, Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Digital Marketing, Internet browsing & online work ability.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should assist to suggest customers who may require to choose travel option from varieties.
∎ Should make reservations on behalf of customers based on their advice on budgetary allowances.
∎ Should check the availability of transportation, accommodation and other ancillary services on the customer the customers' desired travel destinations & dates.
∎ Should suggest clients helping plan of travel itineraries about local tourist attractions and places of interest.
∎ Should capable to handle payment processing, sending confirmation details to customers.
∎ Should be able to sell and promoting visa & ticketing services to various corporate clients and individuals.
∎ Should ready to answering questions to customers that might have tour, visa or ticketing process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Travel and Tour Operation Ticketing etc.
∎ Candidate should be good in communication skills specially written and spoken in English
