Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support/ Client Service, Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales as per business plan.
∎ Followup day to day Show Room operation related all activities;
∎ Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards;
∎ Follow up inventory, cash, administrative, safety and security issues related to show room;
∎ Ensure visual merchandising as per plan.
∎ Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates;
∎ Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe and CCTV operation;
∎ Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction;
∎ Promote new products and offers to customers;
∎ Compile customers' feedback and address the same;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Pleasant personality, smart & good-looking.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong leadership ability and ability to improve grooming of team.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships with customers and team.
∎ Ability to work independently and maintain proper supervision of show room.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2 years work experience as In-charge in large Retail Brand Shop.
