Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Graduated from any UGC-approved university in Bangladesh. Preferred subjects: English, English Language and Literature, English Language Teaching. Others are also encouraged to apply.
∎ IELTS score minimum 7.5 or above.
∎ Previous experience in English academic/IELTS content creation and teaching is needed.
∎ Having attention to detail and analytical ability.
∎ Must have effective classroom management skills and strategies.
∎ Knowledge of Private University educational programs, admissions processes, and academic requirements.
∎ Have fast learning and improvising ability.
∎ Good in both Bangla and English writing and communicating.
∎ Working on academic content-making for English, equivalent to private university admission test questions.
∎ Evaluate current academic materials and resources, recommending updates or changes as needed.
∎ Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials and actively involved in developing curriculum.
∎ Preparing content and lesson plans for the IELTS guideline program.
∎ Synthesising and reporting regular updates and due deliverables.
∎ Assisting the instructor team to conduct classes in different batches. Ensuring that students are engaged in meaningful learning experiences.
∎ Take classes in various batches and prepare lesson plans and schedules.
∎ You are expected to report your working status to your supervisor on a regular basis.
∎ Observing and giving feedback about the performance of the instructors and part-time academic content creators on their activities to the authority.
∎ Communicating effectively both orally and in writing with students and other team members.

∎ Role - Academic content creator (English)Modality - Full-Time (Saturday to Thursday; 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM)Location - Office
∎ Brief About the Role:
∎ An academic content creator will play an important role in creating and modifying academic resources like books, lecture sheets, class slides, etc. The role includes evaluating progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs, and ensuring content aligns with private university exam standards. Additionally, the instructor will guide students on test strategies and help build their confidence to achieve targets.
∎ Qualifications:
