Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline (Preferred in English Literature).
∎ IELTS score 7.0+ (IELTS Requirement could be relaxed for experienced candidate)
∎ Skills Required: Counseling, Educational Administration and English language.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Class conduct ensuring highest satisfaction,
∎ Promotion, managing classes online and offline,
∎ Prepare lesson plans,
∎ Assess student's practice tests,
∎ Attend physical queries, phone, email, social platforms and conduct online live sessions.
∎ Design the batch, promote accordingly and manage the batch.
∎ Prepare materials for upcoming courses.
∎ Prepare syllabus in accordance with the modules
∎ Managing speaking club.
∎ Managing partial mocks and full mock tests.
∎ Designing courses and outline them in the calendar.
∎ Developing unique study materials to conduct lectures and tests.
∎ Arranging seminars/workshops online or offline.
∎ Follow up with students and help them to meet any individual needs.
∎ Maintaining social activities and making content for students.
∎ Create video content/ resource material for our website and YouTube Channel
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates from English language Training,
∎ Excellent proficiency in the English Language.
∎ Ability to retain the interest of learners in the class
∎ Presentable, self-motivated
∎ Computer literate
∎ Ability to establish & maintain good rapport with students
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with students of all ages and social background
∎ Excellent teaching skills
∎ Good administration skills
∎ Excellent communication skills
