Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to play significant role to increase productivity with standard.
∎ Monitor the work floor & Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ Garments Production maintain, SMV Calculation, waste reduction, Productivity increase, LEAN Technology implement.
∎ Ensure SMV based operation bulletin of every style (All buyer)
∎ Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
∎ Ensure Proper line balancing & confirm daily line-wise production target by utilizing proper Method & Time Study.
∎ Discuss layout with all related HODs for any changes foreseen and finalize for every operation based on skill matrix, prepare workers skill matrix.
∎ Provide correct skill set to perform the demands of business and customer.
∎ Follow up operator recruitment, skill matrix update & operators skill development.
∎ Preparing daily operation bulletin and line layout, Fixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis.
∎ Follows up time-study, capacity study and production study.
∎ Conduct time study and motion study and idle man, machine hours on daily basis, follow up reproduction activities.
∎ Prepare monthly projection & labor cost analysis.
∎ Identify Scope to improve working method through innovation & te4chnological implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 36 years

∎ Strong ability to lead team and be supportive to other efforts and work.
∎ Only Sincere, Honest & Hardworking persons should apply.
∎ Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
∎ Skilled with IE knowledge (sweater operation) for productivity improvement.
∎ Highly Experienced in Production scheduling activities.
∎ Good at communication in English (both in written & speaking).
