Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum SSC, Vocational Trade Course/ Diploma in RAC/Mechanical from any reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary duty is installing, commissioning, servicing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioners (HVAC).
∎ Must be able to read HVAC system drawings and have knowledge of HVAC system equipment.
∎ Must have knowledge of daily operations and proper maintenance of equipment records of the HVAC system.
∎ Must have knowledge of basic electrical circuits and devices.
∎ Maintaining/Scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of the HVAC system.
∎ The supervisor must provide daily installation and maintenance updates.
∎ Monitoring and checking all parameters of the HVAC system.
∎ Cleaning of Chiller, Air Handling Unit (AHU), and Fan Coil Unit (FCU) filters as per schedule.
∎ Identifying all equipment maintenance hazards and diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults. •Work support mentality 24X7 for emergency situations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Electro-mechanical (Building) maintenance.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be willing to work under pressure.
