∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage Day to Day HR works.
∎ Development and work with KPI, like set the clear objectives, Outline the criteria for success, Collect the data, Production efficiency and build KPI formula.
∎ Facilitate training and awareness sessions for the workers.
∎ Handle disciplinary matters, grievance procedures and welfare issues.
∎ Maintain the payroll system according to the law and buyer’s codes of conduct.
∎ Prepare and maintain attendance data for the particular month with 100% accuracy.
∎ Analyze manual and system attendance data and prepare reports.
∎ Processing of special payments like Bonus, Incentives, Annual Increments.
∎ Update HRIS according to employee information after joining.
∎ Ensure smooth processing of Performance Appraisal, confirmation, transfer and promotion.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
