Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, interviewing coordination, documentation, and induction.

  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and physical files in compliance with company policy and labor regulations.

  3. Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

  4. Coordinate employee confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, and separation processes.

  5. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs across departments.

  6. Handle employee queries and basic grievance management, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required.

  7. Support performance management activities, including appraisal documentation and follow-up actions.

  8. Assist in organizing training, engagement activities, and employee welfare programs.

  9. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, company rules, and audit requirements.

  10. Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and analytics for management review.

  11. Support disciplinary processes, including documentation and coordination of hearings as guided by HR leadership.

  12. Coordinate with external stakeholders for medical, insurance, ID cards, police verification, and compliance documentation.

  13. Promote a culture of professionalism, confidentiality, and employee engagement.
