Education:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Masters degree in any discipline
- However preference shall be given to the candidates having degree preferably in Business Administration, HR, Banking, Finance, or related field.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 02 years of experience in HR Division of any Bank is preferable.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have adequate knowledge on HR Operations, Labor Law and other relevant rules/regulations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
- PGD in HR or any diploma/certification in HR will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context: SBAC Bank PLC is looking for experienced professionals in the following position-
Job Title: HR Official
Employment Status: Permanent in the rank up to Senior Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HR Operations.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and separation processes
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and documentation
- Administer payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits in coordination with relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare HR-related reports, statements, and documentation as required by management and regulatory bodies
- Support performance management processes, including appraisal coordination and documentation
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate training, development programs, and internal HR initiatives
- Assist in drafting HR policies, circulars, and official communications
- Maintain liaison with different departments to ensure smooth HR service delivery
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and employee conduct as per organizational guidelines
- Support audits and inspections by providing necessary HR documents and reports
