∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proficient in managing HRIS platforms and generating accurate HR data reports.
∎ Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.
∎ Demonstrated ability to implement HR digitalization initiatives.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR issues.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and levels of the organization.
∎ Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines independently in a fast-paced work environment.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
∎ Strong command over English (written and spoken) for clear documentation and effective communication.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Data, Reporting & HR Operations: Maintain and update the Company Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate, real-time records of employee data, attendance, leaves, working hours, late, payroll, transfers, new joining & lefty and other HR transactions.
∎ HRIS & Process Improvement: Follow up and implement transformational HR initiatives through the HRIS, ensuring digitalization, process efficiency, and improved employee experience.
∎ Manpower Acquisition & Process Management: Ensure optimal staffing levels by managing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce allocation processes in alignment with operational needs.
∎ Employee Onboarding Process Management: Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including documentation, induction, system setup, and coordination with relevant departments to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
∎ Benefits, Compensation & Facilities Administration: Administer employee compensation, benefits, and facilities in alignment with company policy and statutory requirements, ensuring timely delivery and employee satisfaction.
∎ Role in Performance Management: Coordinate and support periodical performance review processes, ensuring timely evaluations, documentation, and alignment with performance improvement and reward strategies.
∎ Employee Relations & Discipline: Handle grievances, enforce discipline, and support a positive work environment.
∎ Policy Execution & Operational Support: Implement HR policies, support HR Strategies, and ensure SOP compliance.
