Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Manage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
∎ Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns. Prepare and issue all documents related to recruitment, selection, employment, promotions and postings.
∎ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
∎ Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
∎ Providing guidance on development for managers and their teams.
∎ Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement.
∎ Make sure all documents are maintained as per ISO Standards.
∎ Planning and administering operational tasks ranging from recruitment and selection to managing payroll, attendance and leave issues along with conducting training and orientations.
∎ Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Candidates must have the ability to understand management orders and directions.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have experience in multinationals.
∎ Good Leadership ability, strong decision making and quick conflict management ability.
∎ The incumbent should be self starter, vibrant & very much sound in routine HR job.
∎ A team player and good communicator and capable to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
