Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Dynamic & talented candidate who will manage Developing and implementing learning Human resource & organizational development, strategies, programs, HR Policies for our Factory located in Asulia. He/She will be also responsible to hire potential candidates through different sources and build a strong candidate pool by using effective recruitment techniques.
∎ The ideal candidate for this position required to be SMART & Sound knowledge in HR with best practices, Detail & result -oriented individual with experience in industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for HR-related issues applying with the business needs, including talent acquisition, consultation services to management and employees, performance Management review and processing, HR policy application.
∎ Able to proceed with organizational development, workforce planning, and talent development activity. Analyze and prepare HR related reports, and KPI analysis.
∎ Recruiting: Job posting, CV screening, HR interviews, Hiring Offer and On Boarding.
∎ Presentation of proposals for the annual Development Plan and organization of training activities. Coordinate projects for plant employees in order to enhance skills and competencies and promote internal promotion.
∎ Provide guidance to management with respect to performance evaluations, employee relations, succession plans, compensation, departmental organization,
∎ Develop and administer various human resource programs, policies, and procedures along-side Corporate HR.
∎ Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
∎ Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
∎ Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
∎ Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Solid experience with HR practices and employee management.
∎ Communicate with General Manager and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and company culture.
∎ Knowledge of learning and development best practices
∎ Excellent leadership skills Excellent written and oral communication skills

Salary: Negotiable
