Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead or assist in implementation Shop floor solutions tailored for garment manufacturing for production monitoring and quality control and ensure real-time data collection from the shop floor.Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes through solution integration.Customization & Configuration - Customize ERP workflows, reports, and dashboards based on factory needs (e.g., KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, quality).Configure modules like material resource planning (MRP), Bill of Materials (BOM), and production scheduling to suit garment industry requirements.Develop custom reports to monitor production metrics.Implement data-driven tools for senior management.Serve as a bridge between technical and manufacturing teams.Lead data migration from legacy systems to ERP.
