• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort

• At least 1-2 year experience in the similar position with a Renowned Hotel/ Resort.

• Skills Required: Houskipping , Room area attendance

Professional Competencies:

• Assigns HK Attended their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.

• Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.

• Coordinates work activities among departments.

• Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment to Team Members.

• Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.

• Perform check on all room appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.

• Give proper instruction to HK Attendant for Adjust furniture, desk items, and appliances when necessary.

• Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff, ensure company standards are followed in welcoming and acknowledging all.
