Professional Competencies:
Assigns HK Attended their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
Coordinates work activities among departments.
Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment to Team Members.
Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
Perform check on all room appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.
Give proper instruction to HK Attendant for Adjust furniture, desk items, and appliances when necessary.
Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff, ensure company standards are followed in welcoming and acknowledging all.
