∎ SSC

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Staff Allocation and Duty Roaster preparation and manage independently individual shifts in case of staff shortage.
∎ Conduct daily Staff briefing in relevant shifts in staff hygiene, staff personal grooming, cleaning protocols, infection control protocols etc.
∎ Coordinate with Laundry and Housekeeping Office/Coordinator in ensuring –
∎ Adequate bed line, patient dress, kit bags and other room amenities are available in IP, OPD, Radiology, Consultant’s office on time from time of admission and during hospital stay every morning and as and when necessary.
∎ Adequate housekeeping consumable items are available in all IP, OPD, public toilets, back office, Senior Management personnel’s office etc.
∎ Check availability of cleaning chemicals, tools in respective duty areas
∎ Check all cleaning equipment are in working condition and inform line supervisor and Facility Management Department (FMD) timely for repairing.
∎ Check and monitor if right protocol in infected linen management, waste management, bed cleaning, toilet cleaning is maintained.
∎ Check and monitor Waste Bins, Garbage trolleys are being cleaned timely and waste collection and disposal management protocol is strictly followed.
∎ Maintain strict inventory of chemicals and linen in respective duty areas/wards/OPD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in Housekeeping/ Laundry section.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
