Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma (Vocational) in Hospitality Management
∎ 3+ years of working experience in the Hospitality Department.
∎ Exceptional hands-on experience in assistant cook training, waiter training as well as house keeping.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Exceptional time management and crisis management skills.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Management and Hospitality Training,Food and Beverage
∎ Skills Required: Communication, team work

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Waiter training. Hold an orientation training. Bear in mind that every restaurant is unique, with its own customer's preferences and background history. Make sure you introduce the basics of this job.
∎ Cross train about servers Being able to manage instant emergencies in serving could be of use to each member of your staff. That's why it is recommended that you let them try and walk on the host's shoes, to greet and meet diners, work with the chef, dishwashers and behind the bar.
∎ Shadow an experienced server. Trainees will get to see in practice how the culture of your restaurant has been created. How to take orders. Learn where items are stocked. Restaurant layout. How to use the POS system.
∎ To evaluate your staff better and provide neutral feedback. Perspectives on how you handle customer service may vary, and having external opinions will do no harm.
∎ Regular training. It should be a ongoing training that can make a difference in the growth of your Trainees.
∎ Create a server handbook. Writing an employee handbook will facilitate your trainees behavior and daily tasks.
∎ House keeping training. To inform the duties and responsibilities of the different positions under the Housekeeping department.
∎ To affirm seven stands for sort, systematize, sweep, standardize, safety, self-discipline and sustain.
∎ Common hard skills needed to be a good housekeeper include: Carpet cleaning. sweeping, deep cleaning ,mopping, window treatment cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom and bedroom cleaning.
∎ Assistant cook training. Cleaning, peeling, cutting of all food items according to the company's standard and assuring efficient food service.
∎ Assisting the Cook in food preparation activities, such as cleaning, cutting, chopping and peeling food ingredients.
∎ Cleaning and sanitising the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards.
∎ Washing, disinfecting and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment.
∎ Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
