Responsibilities & Context:
∎ * Evaluate client eligibility for visas to first-world countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Schengen Countries, United Kingdom and the UAE
∎ * Communicate with embassies, consulates, and other authorities to resolve any issues or discrepancies in visa applications.
∎ * Advise clients on the necessary documentation and procedures.
∎ * Provide clients with up-to-date information and guidance on visa requirements, and processing times.
∎ * Monitor application statuses and keep clients informed throughout the process.
∎ * Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide support and assistance as needed.
∎ * Solid knowledge in visa processing of Asian Countries.
∎ * English proficiency is must
∎ * Candidates with English Medium background will be preferred
