Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure meet-and-greet services at Dhaka International Airport for both arrivals and departures, and vice versa.
∎ Coordinate and manage travel bookings for domestic and international trips, including airport pick up/drop, flights and hotels.
∎ Handle ticket cancellations, rescheduling, and upgrades when necessary.
∎ Liaise with travel agencies to obtain the best rates and ensure all travel arrangements are made in accordance with company policies.
∎ Assist employees/customers in the visa application process by providing necessary guidance.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for all travel-related inquiries and issues.
∎ Coordinate with company-approved hotels across the country and provide guidance to employees.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
