∎ Dangerous goods transportation regulations will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process & follow up day to day job.
∎ Ensure safety and work closely with flight operations. Maintain the safety awareness program primarily airside/ramp safety.
∎ Irregularities solving approach on delays, missing cargo, report & follow up.
∎ Improving service with innovative ideas.
∎ Monitor freight, flight info on IT system.
∎ Providing flight alerts to the airline and destination.
∎ Bridging airlines, GHA and import agent to comply time-performance measures.
∎ Perform receiving and releasing of inbound and outbound shipment.
∎ Loading/unloading supervision at aircraft.
∎ Execution and supervision of aircraft weight and balance.
∎ Planning of aircraft load distribution.
∎ Update shipment data into the cargo management system and Airline systems.
∎ Coordinate with transporter, carrier and supplier to ensure timely receiving of cargo for shipment execution.
∎ Any other Adhoc duties assigned by the Manager.
∎ Assist Sales Manager in executing and managing day to day sales and operation activities.
∎ Maintain ULD’s stock and report as per airline policy.
