Job Responsibilities & Context

Medora Health is a cross-border healthcare facilitator connecting Bangladeshi patients with leading hospitals in China. We are hiring remote Hospital Partnership Sales Managers to build and scale our referral network in Dhaka and Chattogram. You will source, sign, and manage hospital/clinic partners and key doctors, enable smooth referral workflows, and drive conversions—fully remotely via calls, messaging, and virtual events.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard hospitals, clinics, and key doctors for referral partnerships.

Present Medora Health’s value proposition; negotiate MOUs/agreements and finalize commercial terms within compliance guidelines.

Develop multi-level relationships with hospital admins, department heads (oncology, cardiac, ortho, IVF, etc.), and coordinators.

Establish referral workflows (case intake, medical record transfer, appointment scheduling); train partner focal points.

Drive channel performance with doctor engagement plans, webinars/virtual meet-ups, and referral incentive programs.

Track pipeline and conversions in CRM and deliver weekly reports (leads, referrals, revenue).

Coordinate with China operations on case matching, quotations, and end-to-end patient journey.

Maintain market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and policy updates; provide insights to management.

Uphold ethical selling and strict patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

1+ years in sales or channel development.

Existing network within hospitals/clinics in Dhaka or Chattogram is a strong advantage.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Fluent in Bangla with professional English communication; Hindi/Urdu is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, healthcare, or related).

High integrity, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Partner hospitals/doctors onboarded per quarter.

Qualified referrals and conversion rate to treatment.

Partner satisfaction/retention and revenue contribution.
