About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Home Care Technology & Recruiting, Scheduling Associate to join our remote team. This is a full-time night shift role (Bangladesh time: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM), working 6 days a week with Monday off.

Fresh graduates are also welcome – training will be provided. If you have strong English communication skills, basic IT knowledge, and experience in caregiver hiring, scheduling, job posting, or software testing, this role offers a great opportunity to build your career with a US-based organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Hiring caregiver, schedule and coordinate non-medical home care caregivers.

  • Assist in caregiver hiring, scheduling, visit verification, billing, and invoicing.

  • Perform software and web application testing (manual & automated).

  • Create and execute test cases; report issues to the team.

  • Post job openings on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.

  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.

  • Communicate with team members in the USA during EST business hours.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Ensure confidentiality of client and company information.

 

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a corporate environment.

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in scheduling, recruitment, software testing, or QA is a plus.

  • Previous experience with job posting and hiring is an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of software development is a plus.

  • Must have a personal computer and high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps).

  • Must have a quiet and disturbance-free workspace.

 

Work Schedule

  • Bangladesh Time: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (aligned with US EST time 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, with one-hour break).

  • 6 days a week (Monday off).

 

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: Up to Tk 25,000 per month.
