Educational Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have a university degree in Nursing/Physiotherapy/Public health/Rehabilitation Science/Disability Management or another related self-discipline.
∎ Masters is desirable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare DIP following the project proposal
∎ Field visits include the drafting of field reports to provide support to the disability inclusion team and partners to implement inclusive health care delivery
∎ Identify training needs, plan and conduct training to enhance the capacity of the health partners, external stakeholders, working groups, etc.
∎ Organize and conduct training and awareness-raising sessions regarding disability and inclusion including the physical, attitudinal, communication, and institutional barriers preventing men, women, boys, and girls with disabilities and other at-risk groups from participating meaningfully in health activities.
∎ Collaborate with teams to generate activity concept notes and review financial reports to maintain accurate spending reports and up-to-date budgets even with manually.
∎ Participate in various meetings with HI team, partners, external stakeholders, working groups etc.
∎ Ensure effective communication and coordination with relevant partners, external stakeholders, working groups, etc.
∎ Facilitate donor’s field visit to ensure proper communication and relationships between World Vision and communities.
∎ Take part, upon request, in Technical Unit Coordination meetings and workshops.
∎ Maintain close collaboration with other inclusion actors and ensure HI’s presence in all key relevant coordination platforms at different levels (as assigned)
∎ Prepare monthly action plans, monthly work reports, training reports, awareness session reports, meeting minutes, etc.
∎ Prepare case studies, training impact studies, lessons learned, evaluation reports, etc.
∎ Support the assessment and data collection about inclusion needs in health services programmes: support the organization for assessment and data collection process including development of methods and tools and conduction of individual interview, focus group discussion, key informant interview, survey, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years’ experiences in disability inclusion project and emergency humanitarian response.
∎ Experiences in the training facilitation
∎ Proficient English communication skills (both oral and written)
∎ Excellent analytical, documentation, problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
∎ Must be ready to work in a multi-cultural environment
∎ Appropriate communication skill and approachable
∎ Must have no history of violation of children rights
∎ Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment
∎ Must be willing and able to travel in camp locations in Ukhia
∎ Project locations are in remote areas in refugee camp. Staff is expected to live in his/her based location.
