∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Recommends the best methods of space, manpower, material, and equipment utilization in production facilities.
∎ Train the supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening.
∎ Analyze, control, and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures, and practices.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement.
∎ Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with the Company policies, and determine staffing needs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring & controlling overall the IE-related activities of 100% export-oriented knit garments .
∎ Responsible for efficiency, productivity, quality and technical aspect of the floor cut to pack.
∎ Preparation of advance machine planning, design of folders and attachment for the upcoming style.
∎ Study the worker's efficiency and identify their strengths & weaknesses to enhance their skills.
∎ Formulate production plan based on machine manpower; study the m/c layout to achieve optimum productivity.
∎ Develop strategies to achieve Targeted productivity.
∎ Must submit monthly target/achievement reports to the Managing director.
∎ Initiate effective communication skills to motivate and develop professionalism and mental strength for higher productivity among the staff of the production department.
∎ Ensure Effective Utilization of Company Resources.
∎ From time-to-time report to the Managing Director with Strategic functions of Industrial Engineering.
∎ Do other jobs as per instruction of the Managing Director/ Top management when required.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
