∎ Duty Station: Head Office in Dhaka with occasional field visits if required. Certain portion of the LOE will be assigned for Donor funded programs after recruitment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
∎ Leading the QA team in designing QA test plan, strategy and procedures.
∎ Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.
∎ Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
∎ Creating tracking metrics to ensure each step of the testing process is documented
∎ Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
∎ Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)
∎ Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.
∎ Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.
∎ Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market.
∎ Responding to requests from the design team and management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
∎ Experience with automated testing tools or equivalent automation skills
∎ Experience with performance testing tools
∎ High-level analytical skills
∎ Critical thinker.
∎ Proficient in MS Office software.
∎ Detail oriented.
∎ At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
