Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Economics. Statistics or Anthropology
∎ Candidates having a Master of Development Studies (MDS), Master of Public Health (MPH) or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing will also be considered for initial screening.
∎ Candidates having a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing can also apply. However, the candidate needs to meet the experience requirement.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Development Sector, Research and Consulting Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the Social Research Team.
∎ Achieving revenue, profitability and productivity targets.
∎ Overseeing the projects from proposals preparation to report delivery.
∎ Ensuring client satisfaction by providing insights and recommendations.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with the identified key clients.
∎ Ensuring staff are trained to handle client requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive experience in social research area / development sector
∎ In-depth knowledge on research methodology.
∎ Strong business driven attitude.
∎ Candidate must have good leadership quality and the ability to motivate the team.
∎ Good interpersonal and strong people management skills.
∎ He/she should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, SPSS.
∎ Good command both in spoken and written English.

Salary: Negotiable
