∎ Retired Army Officer with a minimum rank of Major (or equivalent).
∎ At least 20 years of overall experiences in security intelligence of which 3-5 years as a Head of Security in any renewed group of companies preferably in real estate/construction projects.
∎ Specialized knowledge of construction site safety practices and relevant regulations.
∎ Strong leadership, training, crisis management, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to create a safety-first mindset among workers and staff.
∎ Physically fit, proactive, and resilient under pressure

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and enforce security policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to make sure the entire RCU premises.
∎ Manage and supervise the entire security team including Supervisors, Guards, and CCTV operators.
∎ Build & maintain relationship with local land lord, local stake holders, law enforcement authority agencies to protect RCU from any kind of local threats & crisis.
∎ Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, and safety drills across the project premises.
∎ Deliver training sessions on construction site safety, emergency response, accident prevention, and safety awareness for all workers and staff.
∎ Establish a strict safety monitoring system at all active construction zones.
∎ Investigate security and safety incidents, prepare incident reports, and suggest corrective measures.
∎ Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and site managers to ensure safety compliance.
∎ Maintain strong liaison with local law enforcement, fire brigade, and emergency services.
∎ Monitor surveillance systems and control unauthorized access effectively.
∎ Prepare security budgets and manpower plans.
∎ Foster a discipline-driven environment through regular inspections and performance evaluations.
∎ Job Role: To ensure overall security management, safety compliance for Rupayan City Uttara by leading the security team, protecting assets, and promoting a strong culture of safety and awareness, especially at construction sites.
