∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales, Marketing and Sales, Software Sales Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and promote a teamwork environment with effective and clear communication amongst co-workers.
∎ Ensure best client service is being made available through communication amongst the team, cross-training within the department, and appropriate office coverage.
∎ Works with sales managers/ executives to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segment.
∎ Works with the management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers, and the market for the segment led by the DOS.
∎ Set example through professional, friendly attitude towards clients and co-workers, timely response to clients and co-workers' needs, and observance of sales office standard.
∎ Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Sales department
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
∎ Achieve the monthly Sales target through a comprehensive drive by creating a customer cluster.
∎ Prepare sales plans, ensure the achievement of sales targets.
∎ Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
∎ To ensure proper monitoring with the junior officers to achieve sales targets.
∎ Attending and contributing to the monthly sales strategy meeting
∎ Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy
∎ Explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase
∎ Monitors all day to day activities of direct reports.
∎ Direct and control staff in the implementation of branding activities and initiatives to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
∎ Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to implement brand-planning changes as needed
∎ Maintain and expand corporate incentive programs via direct mail, personal visits, etc.
∎ Responsible for the training of sales managers and staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years

∎ Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Market Research, Marketing.

Salary: Negotiable
