∎ Skills Required: Pharmaceutical Sales, Pharmaceuticals, Sales & Marketing, Sales Marketing (Pharmaceutical Products), Sales promotion

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): healthcare, Pharmaceutical Sales, Pharmaceuticals, Sales & Marketing, Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical Products)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for achieving the Top-Line and Bottom-Line targets of the business as per the Marketing Plan
∎ The role shall also support in planning that entails the forecasting of business based on prescription growth and category & brand promotion to arrive at overall revenue impact
∎ Work closely with the Business Head to design the overall Strategy for the organization
∎ Constantly interface with key stakeholders like Area Marketing Leads, Marketing Manager, Commercial Excellence, Customer Marketing to develop the right strategy to generate demand and deliver on brand / category plans for the channel
∎ Teamwork / Collaborative Working - Ability to establish professional relationships and rapport with internal and external peers and higher-level management
∎ Lead the Sales Team to achieve target by ensuring Rx
∎ Responsible to setup modern and effective marketing strategy for new/existing product
∎ Direct, Assist and supervision of the Zonal Sales Managers
∎ Monitor day to day activities of the Zonal Sales Managers
∎ Understanding of the OTC Channel
∎ Understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness Tools & Reports
∎ Rational Decision Making - Data analysis and application to decision making Practitioner Proficient
∎ Change Ability - Tactical ability to respond to changes in the environment and take mid-course corrective actions
∎ High Integrity
∎ Strong Coaching Skills, Influencing Ability, Interpersonal Skills Expert and Communication Skills Expert
∎ Execution for Results, Results Orientation
∎ Frequent travel throughout the nation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 50 years
∎ Minimum 5 years practical experience in Pharmaceutical Industry as "National Sales Manager (NSM)" and 5+ years work experience as Fist Line Leader in Sales in the OTC / Pharmaceutical Industry

Salary: Negotiable
