∎ About the Role:
∎ Bezpoke Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our revenue strategy across premium interiors, imported products, and turnkey solutions. This is a leadership role where you’ll manage teams, drive growth, and shape brand visibility across both B2B and B2C sectors.

∎ Job Objective:
∎ To lead the strategic growth of Bezpoke’s revenue across all product categories by overseeing the sales and marketing departments. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns, managing the team, building partnerships, and driving performance across both B2B and B2C channels.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎
∎ Sales:
∎ - Set annual and quarterly revenue targets by category (e.g. kitchens, tiles, wardrobes).
∎ - Oversee lead management, quotation, client consultation, and closure cycles.
∎ - Monitor and improve sales funnel performance using CRM tools.
∎ - Support showroom team and coordinate sales across in-store, digital, and B2B.
∎ - Develop partnerships with developers, architects, designers, and contractors.

∎ Marketing:
∎ - Create strategic marketing plans (quarterly, monthly, weekly).
∎ - Supervise execution of social media, advertising, SEO, email, and influencer campaigns.
∎ - Review and optimize campaign KPIs regularly with the marketing team.
∎ - Conduct competitor analysis and trend reports.
∎ - Supervise brand development, customer experience and market visibility.

∎ Team Management:
∎ - Lead a team including digital marketers, field marketers, and showroom sales executives.
∎ - Train, mentor, and review performance monthly.
∎ - Manage interdepartmental communication with design, HR, and finance.Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

∎ Skills & Experience Required:
∎ - Minimum 5–7 years in sales and marketing leadership (interior/furniture/building materials industry preferred).- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
∎ - Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.- Experience with digital tools, CRM platforms, and performance tracking.
