∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or any discipline, preferable in Marketing.·
∎ At least 10 years’ Proven Experience in Sales and Marketing.
∎ Excellent command in Bengali and English.
∎ Computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leisure Bangladesh Limited, a real estate company, selling luxurious villas/lands outside Dhaka City is looking for a qualified, experienced, dynamic, self-motivated and highly professional person in Real estate sector.
∎ Able to reach top 1% of the market.
∎ Achieve the sales target set by the company.
∎ Build a strong and smart sales team.
∎ Work with marketing team to create advertisement content.
∎ Engage in sales related organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
