Job Context:
∎ The Head of Sales has the primary role of leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals and monitoring performance as a whole. defines and communicates the business`s KPIs and targets to junior sales personnel on a regular basis, analyses patterns in consumer and market behavior, and subsequently defines data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize the business`s commercial performance.
∎ The position is a data-driven role that requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, specifically Bangladesh real estate market, the competitive market, and an ability to analyze sales department performance. The Head of Sales role is an integral part of the real estate business in that it also involves the management of external partners and collaborations with internal departments
∎ Department: Villas and Lands

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing sales targets for the land and villas sales department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, development against targets
∎ Using expertise, experience and managing the departmental calendar with regard to trading priorities, inclusive of launches, promotions, exclusives, and campaign activities.
∎ Establishing and overseeing the adoption of departmental vision and values
∎ Responsible for implementing sales strategies that further the department's agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business. An optimized market mixes relative to the core target consumers and identifies the roadmap
∎ Utilizes analytics tools and works with the analytics team in undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy successes, weaknesses, and opportunities to senior sales management
∎ Set individual sales targets with sales team
∎ Must be willing and able to travel up to on project sites
∎ The position also performs other duties as he deems necessary for the execution of his duties and duties as assigned by the Director of Sales, the Chief Sales Officer, or the Employer

Additional Requirements:
∎ Application from eligible candidates who have 05 to 07 years real estate (Residential, Commercial and land) sales experience only reputed Real Estate company
∎ Successful previous experience as a real estates' sales manager or land sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
∎ Demonstrated ability to lead the sales team, communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise and market knowledge
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
∎ 5+ years' experience in real estate sales and management level.
∎ 5+ years' real estate leadership (Residential, land, Commercial) experience at any reputed Real Estate company
∎ Experience developing and implementing process improvements to streamline projects
