Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
∎ Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ To set and achieve yearly sales targets across the product line.
∎ Conduct Market research & develop the Sales plan.
∎ To train, develop & lead the Sales Team.
∎ Foster Customer Relationship- Establish and maintain good relationships with decision makers/influencers and key persons of various business associates.
∎ Disseminate the company's culture and values in the Sales team.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with other functions.
∎ Collaborate with Operations to achieve Business goals.
∎ Provide inputs for the preparation of the annual business plan.
∎ Generate monthly reports which highlight:
∎ Plan vs Achieved Sales, Reasons for shortfall, SWOT analysis etc.
∎ Conduct review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective actions as required to represents the Company at various events like trade shows, mill-weeks and meetings.
∎ Should have experience in Tech Sales and tactics to meet business goals.
∎ Keen interest for latest technology and dedication for research and development with excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to manage the entire sales cycle from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiate through closing and after sales.
∎ Creating and accurately managing the sales pipeline in CRM system..
∎ GTI (a sister concern of Golden Group) seeks a General Manager who are self-starting, sales professional to manage the Sales team. Responsibilities include implementing sales & marketing solutions, designing policies, overseeing projects and customer service. Should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business. This position requires extensive networking, management skills and in-person presentation skills.
∎ The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the IT Hardware field, the corporate marketing structure, processes, planning stages and hierarchy.
