Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist top management to develop the yearly sales strategy and implement action plan accordingly - share the result to review & re-plan as per agreed timeline.
∎ Develop forecast method to use in organizational planning, financial budgeting and strategic planning-aiming the business center wise cost and profitability.
∎ Develop strategy & lead sales team for retail and corporate sales aligning overall business plan.
∎ Guide & drive product team to be more dynamic in-terms of order management, new product sourcing, slow moving product identification, etc.
∎ Ensure necessary co-ordination with marketing & customer care department along with brands &partners to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Follow-up market trend & pricing practice to ensure best competitive offer for the customer.
∎ Always be update on what are new in the industry - place monthly for management review.
∎ Prepare category wise monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target for retail and corporate segment.
∎ Responsible for regular sales target follow up and committed to ensure Customer Satisfaction in aspect of commitment & service quality assurance.
∎ Responsible for customer research, market conditions study, competitor data, analyze future demand and finally to set business plan about national marketplace.
∎ Evaluate "Sales and Customer Complaint Reconciliation" report with correction plan to Top Management - fortnightly & monthly.
∎ Negotiate with brands to ensure best support for the organization aligned with target.
∎ Strictly follow up and evaluate team performance/KPI, to encourage and train team to encourage for more responsibility to perform towards excellence.
